The shipment did arrive, but the overall experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Customer support was good at the start, but once they received my goods, the service completely dropped off. They also made a pricing error and only informed me after I had already paid and they had collected my items from the manufacturer.
Because of the lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall unreliability, I wouldn’t use this company again.
